Overview

Snyder & Associates required a modernized digital infrastructure and cohesive brand platform to support long-term growth and improved market visibility. When I joined, their website was outdated in both technology and structure, their brand identity was inconsistent, and their online presence lacked the foundational elements for adequate search visibility and lead generation. This project delivered a comprehensive platform migration, brand definition, and service-line visibility strategy that positioned the firm for a decade of scalable marketing efforts.

Challenge & Goals

  • Replace an outdated MODX platform with a scalable, easy-to-manage solution
  • Unify brand identity across all markets, including a separate structural brand (SBI) with its own complexities
  • Improve local market visibility and organic search rankings for core services
  • Create a structure to integrate future acquisitions under a consistent brand system
  • Establish a foundation for ongoing SEO and lead generation efforts

Strategy & Execution

  • Directed the migration from MODX to WordPress, ensuring a seamless transfer of all pages, media, and assets
  • Led a complete rebrand, defining logo usage, typography, color palette, and the firm’s first comprehensive brand style guide
  • Managed brand identity alignment for both Snyder & Associates and its affiliated structural brand (SBI), accommodating state-specific identity requirements while maintaining a unified framework
  • Restructured service line content to highlight all practice areas, optimizing for relevance and SEO performance
  • Created and optimized Google My Business profiles for all office locations to improve local search presence
  • Developed an SEO framework, including keyword targeting, metadata optimization, and content hierarchy for service pages
  • Collaborated with leadership, practice directors, and external partners to align digital execution with business priorities
